How do you draw that time whimy comic (sorry for miss spelling) do you use Inkscape if so how long does it take and what steps do you do to make it look good and how did you do those effects?
I used Illustrator CS6 to make characters , and I used Photoshop to do add additionnal elements like background, effect, dialogues etc... 😃
